Right of Withdrawal and Terms

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period starts from the day on which you have physically received the goods, or the day on which the goods are taken over by a third party other than the carrier and appointed by you.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must give an unequivocal notice of your wish to withdraw from the contract. To do so, send a declaration to that effect (e.g. by e-mail) to the issuer of the invoice or the purchase cheque. Withdrawal requests should be sent to:
