1. General information

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the use of the website www.nordparts.ee (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") managed by Nordparts OÜ (registration code 16266674, address: Malmi tn 2, Põhja-Tallinna district, 10412 Tallinn, Harju county, Estonia; KMKR EE102392881; hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").

1.3 The Terms of Use are permanently available at the foot of the Website and can be downloaded and saved.

2. Terms and conditions

"User" - any person who visits the Website or uses its services.
"Registered User" - a User who has created an account on Nordparts.ee.
"Account" - a User's personal user account on the Website.
"Product" - the goods sold by Nordparts OÜ on the Website.

3. Use of the Website

3.1 Through the Website, the User can browse the selection of products of Nordparts OÜ, make purchases, submit return and warranty claims and use other services.

3.2 The User is prohibited from transmitting illegal, offensive or infringing the rights of third parties content via the Website.

3.3 The Service Provider may temporarily limit the availability of the Website for maintenance work.

4. Account creation

4.1 Creating an account is voluntary and is necessary for order tracking, returns management and other additional services.

4.2 To register for an account, you must provide truthful information and accept these Terms of Use.

4.3 The User is responsible for the confidentiality and accuracy of his/her account details.

5. Orders and prices

5.1 All prices on the Website are expressed in Euro and are displayed both with and without VAT.

5.2 Foreign companies that are liable to VAT and have a registered account can order products VAT-free.

5.3. The price of the Products may be subject to a delivery charge, which will be notified to the User before the order is confirmed.

5.4 Placing an order on the Website is equivalent to making a purchase offer. The order shall be deemed to be confirmed upon confirmation by Nordparts OÜ.

6. Delivery and transport

6.1 Delivery shall be effected by DPD, Omniva, Smartpost, Venipak or Unisend by the means of delivery chosen by the User.

6.2 Delivery time is generally 2-5 working days, except in special cases, which will be notified separately.

6.3 Nordparts OÜ shall not be liable for delays in deliveries if the delay is caused by third parties or force majeure.

7. Return and withdrawal from the contract

7.1 The Consumer User shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receipt of the goods by notifying Nordparts OÜ in writing.

7.2 The returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

7.3 The User shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is a defective or incorrect product.

7.4 The return form and detailed instructions are available at www.nordparts.ee/tagastamine. The return shall be free of charge for the Customer.

8.

8.1 Purchased products are subject to a statutory two-year right of complaint.

8.2. Complaints shall be submitted by e-mail to info@nordparts.ee, together with a document confirming the purchase and a description of the goods.

8.3 If there is a guarantee, the conditions are set out in the product description or purchase document.

8.4 Nordparts OÜ is not the manufacturer of the goods.

8.5 If the Goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Nordparts OÜ shall provide the User with the warranty document or purchase receipt or invoice together with the Goods. If no warranty document has been issued, the sales contract shall be deemed to be the warranty document.

8.6 The Manufacturer shall be liable for the warranty of the goods sold according to the terms and for the period specified in the warranty document. The obligations of the guarantor and the rights of the User are described in the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

8.7 If the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions so allow, the User may use the manufacturer's warranty services through Nordparts OÜ.

8.8 The User must submit a warranty claim in accordance with the procedure set out in the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

8.9. The User may lodge complaints about the non-conformity of the goods with the contractual terms and conditions independently of the warranty.

8.10. Nordparts OÜ provides its own warranty for selected products, which is notified in accordance with the "Claims and Returns" section of the product description.

8.11. The terms and conditions of the warranty granted by Nordparts OÜ are set out in the relevant subsection of the product description.

8.12. The User shall be entitled to make claims for non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the sales contract independently of the manufacturer's or Nordparts OÜ's warranty.

9.

9.1 Nordparts OÜ processes Users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available here.

10.

10.1 Nordparts OÜ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions by publishing the amended Terms and Conditions on the Website.

10.2 Amendments shall enter into force from the date of their publication on the Website.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

11.1 The Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.

11.2 In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve any differences by negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled by the Harju County Court.
