Protects the catalyst from clogging with soot. Cleans inlet valves and combustion chamber. Improves fuel combustion. Clean engines reduce fuel consumption and therefore CO2 emissions. Prevents corrosion in the fuel system. Suitable for use in all petrol engines with catalytic converters.
Use:
Pour into a pumpable spray bottle (Liqui Moly product no. 3316). Li Liqui Moly product Liqui Moly 33.50. Pump pressure into the spray bottle. Create access to the inlet port, ideally behind the turbocharger. Note that the access must be directly behind the air mass sensor. Start the engine and spray the additive into the intake manifold at short intervals while the engine is running at moderate engine speeds (2000-3000 rpm). If the rpm does not fluctuate, the intervals between sprays may be extended. If speeds fluctuate sharply (> 700 rpm), shorten the spraying interval. For precision spraying, check regularly that the spray bottle is sufficiently pressurised. Liqui Moly cannot give any warranty if the product is not used as described in the product information or if dosing systems other than those shown here are used. It is the responsibility of the user to check the suitability of alternative dosing systems. To ensure optimum cleaning of the fuel system, it is recommended that a catalyst cleaner additive (Liqui Moly Product No. 7110) is added to the fuel immediately after application. This ensures the cleanliness of the entire engine system, including the exhaust system.
