Description

Effective and concentrated cleaner for all diesel engines. Ensures cleaning of both electronically and mechanically controlled injectors.
Removes harmful deposits and ensures that the injection system gets clean. Improves combustion and reduces engine smoke.

Usage:
Recommended to be used as preventive maintenance once a year or prior to setup work and/or prior to emissions test.
Use at the onset of the following symptoms:

• Emission readings are out of alignment.
  
• High sootiness.
  
• High emission readings. if an injection system adjustment was performed.
  
• If engine performance/power has decreased and fuel consumption has increased.

Cleaning of the porosity can be accomplished in two ways either through the fuel tank or by filling the fuel filter.
The cleaning can be done in two ways:
The optimum cleaning process is with a fuel volume of about 10 litres. The most optimal cleaning procedure is to use the most suitable filter for the most effective cleaning. If possible, drive approx. 30 km on a steady road.
After the test run, top up the fuel tank to the full tank. If there is more fuel in the tank, the purging process will be slower and a longer test drive should be made if possible.

Purging through the fuel filter:
Get a new technically suitable fuel filter for your vehicle. Fill it with Diesel System Cleaner and install the filter. Fill the tank with the remaining contents of the bottle. Refill the filter with the remaining fuel. Start the engine and run at different engine speeds for about 10 minutes.
Maximum speed 2000 rpm.
