Description

Suitable for bonding various materials: metal, metal alloys, glass, plastic (except PP, PE, PTFE), stone, concrete, porcelain, wood, hard rubber and combinations thereof. The work can be carried out at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C. The product is used for repairs where a colourless, invisible joint/filling is required or where the repair time should be completed within minutes. The product is used for bonding jewellery (e.g. to combine amber with gold or silver) and for household emergency repairs. It is also used for bonding and fixing electronic components, protecting them from moisture, dust, dirt and other contaminants.

Application:
1. For best results, components to be bonded must be grease-free, clean and dry.
To ensure the best possible cleaning and degreasing of the adhesive, make sure that the components are clean and free from contamination. 2.
Squeeze out the air, then squeeze the required amount of adhesive components from the syringe into the plastic cup and mix thoroughly until a uniform colour is achieved.
4. Apply the prepared mixture to one of the surfaces to be bonded.
5. Press the surfaces firmly together and leave immobile until the adhesive cures. Clean the nozzle of excess glue and place the nozzle back onto the syringe.
Application time: the mixed adhesive must be used within 1 minute.
The time for the adhesive to cure can be shortened by heating the area to be repaired with a warm air stream (e.g. a hair dryer).

Initial curing time: 8 minutes (at +20°C).
Full cure: 12 hours
Temperature resistance: -30°C to +80°C
