Epoxy glue for metal 2x20ml

Description

For use in precision repairs on metal parts damaged by rust or cracking. So-called "liquid metal". Also bonds stone, glass, wood, most plastics (except PE, PP, PTFE and silicone rubber). Excellent for joining combinations of materials, e.g. concrete - iron, hard rubber - cast iron. Protects against corrosion. Resistant to machining , liquids, chemical compounds. Metallic fillers in the adhesive ensure high thermal conductivity and reduce expansion of the joint.

Application:
1. Roughen surfaces by filing or sanding.
2. Remove all particles from the surfaces and remove grease from the surfaces (e.g. with a degreaser).
3. Mix the resin (A) and hardener (B) carefully in the right ratio (1:1).
4. Apply the prepared mixture to one of the surfaces.
5. Press firmly on the elements to be glued and hold them in place until the glue has fully cured.
Colour: grey
Application time: the mixed adhesive must be used within 30 minutes.
Initial curing: 135 minutes (at 20°C).
Full cure: 24 hours.
Temperature resistance: -30°C to +90°C
Store at +5°C to +25°C. Temperature range: +30°C to +30°C. + +5°C to +5°C. Protect from moisture.
