Special industrial adhesive for bonding metals damaged by corrosion, abrasion and cavitation. Designed for bonding parts of equipment operating in harsh environments. 1 cm² of bonded surface can withstand up to 300kg of weight. Thanks to the modifying agents (light metal powder alloys) contained in the adhesive, it is possible to obtain joints with excellent physico-chemical parameters. Adheres to all metals and their alloys. Due to its high strength, very good thermal conductivity and machinability, it is also known as "liquid metal". It can also be used for bonding glass, wood, stone, plastics. The adhesive is resistant to weather, temperature, aggressive chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents, petrol) and technical liquids.
Application:
1. The surfaces to be bonded must be clean (e.g. use sandpaper), thoroughly remove any oil and grease.
2. Squeeze the required amount of adhesive and hardener from the syringe and mix thoroughly until a uniform colour is achieved (this will determine the effectiveness of the result).
3. Apply the prepared mixture to one of the surfaces to be bonded, pressing the surfaces to be bonded firmly together if necessary.
4. After bonding, hold the bonded surfaces stationary, if necessary pressurised, until the adhesive has cured.
Colour: grey
Application time: the mixed adhesive must be used within 30 minutes.
Initial curing: 180 minutes (at +25°C).
Full cure: 24 hours
Temperature resistance: -30°C to +120°C
Store at +5°C to +25°C. + +5°C to +5°C +5°C +5°C +5°C. Protect from moisture.
