Two component epoxy compound. Glues and levels almost all materials: wood, glass, ceramics, plastic, metal, stone. For a wide range of domestic, automotive and industrial applications. After curing, chemically resistant to water, oil, petrol, diluted acids. Prevents corrosion of metal elements and is a very good electrical insulator.
Application:
Surfaces to be joined must be clean (e.g. use sandpaper), free of oil and dirt.
1. Heat components A and B to room temperature before mixing.
2. Take equal amounts of Component A and B and mix/wash between your hands until the colour is uniform. Apply the product within 5 minutes of mixing. Do not mix components A and B in greater quantities than you can use within 5 minutes.
3. Apply the epoxy compound to the surfaces to be bonded or repaired and allow the surfaces to stand still for at least 45 minutes. After approximately 12 hours, the joints/repairs can be mechanically processed.
The repair time can be shortened by heating the bonded area with hot air. Surfaces that are difficult to bond should be covered with a thin layer of liquid epoxy adhesive (e.g. E-358) beforehand and left to dry.
