Description

The two-component epoxy compound has been specially developed for repairing leaking water systems, sewage systems, central heating systems, etc. For use on wet surfaces. Bonds materials such as metal, glass, wood, stone, plastic. It can also be used as a filler to fill damaged areas. It is not possible to bond polypropylene and polyethylene. After complete curing it is resistant to water, oil, diluted acids, solvents and chemicals.

Application:
Surfaces to be bonded must be clean (e.g. use sandpaper), free of oil and dirt.
1. Warm components A and B to room temperature before mixing.
2. Take equal amounts of Component A and B and mix/wash between your hands until the colour is uniform. Use the product within 10 minutes of mixing. Do not mix components A and B in greater quantities than you can use within 10 minutes.
3. Apply the epoxy compound to the surfaces to be joined or repaired and allow the surfaces to stand for at least 45 minutes without moving. After approximately 12 hours, the joints/repairs can be mechanically processed.
The repair time can be shortened by heating the bonded area with hot air. Surfaces that are difficult to bond should be covered with a thin layer of liquid epoxy adhesive (e.g. E-358) beforehand and left to dry.
