Plastic glue for PP, PE plastics 4g+4ml

Description

Special kit for joining parts made of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and Teflon (PTFE). Also suitable for joining easily bondable materials (metal, aluminium, rubber, hard plastics, wood, ceramics, concrete, glass, plywood, PVC, etc.). Adheres to hard and flexible materials.
The kit contains an adhesive activator (Activator) and a colourless, waterproof adhesive (Adhesive).

Application:
Surfaces to be bonded must be sandpapered, clean, dust and grease free.
1. Apply a thin layer of Activator only to PP, PE or PTFE surfaces. Activator must not be applied to materials that are easy to bond (e.g. metal, PVC, rubber).
3. Wait 2 to 3 minutes after application of the Activator. If necessary, 2 to 3 coats of Activator can be applied at 1 minute intervals. Wait 2-3 minutes after the last coat.
4. Apply a thin layer of Adhesive to one surface only. The less glue you apply the stronger the bond.
5. Quickly join the elements to be glued together and make sure they are correctly aligned.
6. Press firmly on the elements to be glued, press them together and do not move or realign them until the initial cross-linking is achieved (this usually takes a few seconds).
Max. Max. fillable gap: 0.25 mm
Temperature resistance: -55°C to +80°C
Store at temperatures from +5°C to +20°C
