Description

A very elastic, natural rubber-based adhesive. Adheres to elements made of rubber, rubber-coated materials and rubber derivatives. Forms a strong and elastic joint resistant to changing atmospheric conditions. For use in bonding all types of rubber products (inner tubes, hoses, inflatable mattresses, raincoats, etc.).


Application:

For best results, the components to be bonded must be clean, grease-free, sandpapered and dry.

A. Bonding:

1. Apply a thin even coat of adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded.

2. 1. Wait for the adhesive to dry (approx. 1 minute, the surface of the adhesive must be dry to the touch).

3. press the surfaces to be bonded together firmly.

4. Leave to stand until the adhesive has fully cured.

B. Patching of openings/gaps: take the rubber patch supplied with the adhesive and cut out a patch of suitable shape (the size of the patch must be chosen to cover the area to be repaired with a 1 cm margin). Then follow point A.

Full cure: 12 hours

Temperature resistance: -30°C to +70°C

Storage temperature: +5°C to +25°C

Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Protect from moisture.
