Wood glue waterproof polyurethane D4 70ml

Description

Ready-to-use, one-component, very high moisture resistance polyurethane adhesive for construction - class D4. The product is characterised by very strong bond strength and adhesion to all types of wood and wood-based materials, as well as to metal, glass, plastics and most building materials (except polystyrene, PE, PP). Fills unevenness in glued elements. Irreplaceable for bonding wood in areas exposed to water and moisture. Suitable for gluing wooden structural elements e.g. stairs, windows, doors, carpets, boat and yacht parts, garden structures, patio furniture. When dry, the adhesive will expand slightly, filling cracks and voids.

Application:
Surfaces to be glued must be clean, dust and grease free.
One of the surfaces to be glued must be slightly moistened with water to accelerate the drying of the glue.
2. Apply the adhesive to the other surface to be bonded using a brush or a small toothed spatula.
3. Press firmly on the elements to be bonded and hold them in place until the adhesive has fully cured.

Colour: white when dry, turns light brown under UV light / over time.
Opened adhesive must be used up and surfaces fixed within 5 minutes.
Full cure: 8-16 hours.
Temperature resistance: -30°C to +60°C
Storage temperature: +5°C to +25°C
