Description

High-tech product for the repair of various metallic elements of the cooling system: cracked cylinder heads and cylinder blocks; radiators; copper, aluminium and composite radiators; cabin radiators. The product contains a unique combination of the best ceramic fibres, which give the repaired element additional strength properties. It is capable of eliminating large cross-sectional damage. Permanently eliminates leaks from radiators and flues. Does not interfere with coolant circulation. Polymerises only when drained from the leak. The substance enters the leak with the coolant and forms a metal-ceramic cap at the leak site which polymerises on contact with air. The leak stops. Thanks to the thermal expansion coefficient, which is close to that of metals, and the elasticity of the ceramic fibres, the product ensures a reliable repair. Safe for all types of cooling systems. Compatible with all coolants. Can be used with water. The packaging is designed for cooling systems with a coolant capacity of up to 22 litres. The product must not be present in the cooling system in a quantity less than 5% of the coolant. Do not open the radiator cap when the engine is hot, this is dangerous!

Use:
- Switch off the engine and allow to cool.
- Remove the radiator cap, shake the bottle vigorously and pour the mixture into the radiator. If the radiator cap is not in place, disconnect the upper hose of the cooling system, pour the mixture into the system through the upper pipe of the radiator and reconnect the hose.
- Bring the coolant level to the specified level.
- Fully open the heating coil if provided in the cooling system.
- Start the engine, warm up the engine idling at 2000-3000 rpm for 5-7 minutes.
- Switch off the engine and allow the engine to cool.
- Top up the coolant to the required level and operate the vehicle as normal.
- The product can remain in the cooling system indefinitely and helps prevent leaks.

Caution.

Contains: ethanediol, Bis(D-gluconato-O1,O2)zinc, copper. Causes severe eye damage. Toxic to aquatic organisms, long-lasting. Keep out of reach of children. Wear protective goggles. IN CASE OF INJECTION IN EYES: Rinse gently with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if worn and if easy to remove. Rinse again. Contact a doctor immediately. Collect the spillage. Dispose of contents/container to an authorised waste handler or return to supplier.
